Any of the information we collect from you may be used only to contact your in regards to the matter that was raised by yourself.
Should we need to refer you to another body or person, we will not disclose any information without your prior consent.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.
How long do we keep your information for?
We will retain your contact details until such time as any discussions with yourself have ended. After which time, you may request that all information is deleted, or it will be deleted on a regular basis as per the Council Retention Policy. Your information will not be held for any other reason than to contact you in regards to the initial matter raised.
How can you ask for the information to be deleted?
Any information held such as contact information will be deleted as per the Council document retention Policy, however, you may request that your information is deleted at any time by sending an email to Clerkllysfaen@gmail.com. We will remove all information held, unless it is required that the information is kept for legal or statutory reasons, and if this is the case, then we will keep you informed and advise the reasons any data/information is required to be kept and for what length of time.
We DO NOT use tracking cookies, or cookies for data collection for advertising purposes
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. We may release certain information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
